Happy Easter!
We had such a wonderful Easter with our family. We started the morning checking out what the Easter Bunny brought the twins.
The twins took a long nap before Grandma and Grandpa Hadjioannou and Grammy and Grandpa Quinn came over for Easter dinner. We had a fun night with an Easter egg hunt, a yummy dinner, and an exciting game of Epper/Christos Anesti.
Good Morning! Happy Easter!
Look what the Easter Bunny brought us!
Having fun with our new Wheelies!
The only day of the year that George can eat chocolate right when he wakes up!
Thank you Easter Bunny!
The Easter Bunny brought the twins a fun sprinkler and the day was so beautiful we spent the afternoon outside. They loved running around in the backyard, playing with their pirate water table, and taking a dip in the pool.

Happy Easter from the Hadjioannous!
We love our Grandpa!
Grandma Q brought yummy appetizers.
Doing puzzles with Grandpa H.
Clara collected almost every single egg. She seemed to really enjoy it!
George had a little help from everyone including Bailey.
Grandma H made us a yummy bunny cake for dessert!
Playing Epper/Christos Anesti

Twas the Night Before Easter
We dyed our eggs.
We spun them to make them look marbled.
This is fun!
Ooo pretty egg Clarabear!
Check out your good work George!
Ready for Epper (Quinn tradition) and Christos Anesti (Hadjioannou tradition)
After bath the twins brought their Easter baskets downstairs to leave them for the Bunny to fill.
This looked like a good place...
...until Clara decided she was the Easter goodies...
...which George thought was a good idea too!
They finally left their baskets for the bunny.
Perfect George!
They read an Easter story and went off to bed with visions of jelly beans dancing in their heads.
We will see if the Easter Bunny visits the Hadjioannou home tonight!!!
Mommy's Little Shoe Lover
We bought her these pink flip flops to wear around the pool this summer.
She can't stop staring at them...
...or touching them...
...or showing them to Mommy.
I guess Clara and I may have a few things in common after all! :)

Making Cookies
George and Clara made their first Easter cookies this past week. They were big helpers putting the cookies on the baking sheet. They were extremely interested in watching the cookies bake. Every few minutes they wanted me to pick them up to look in the oven. And of course they enjoyed eating them too! Next up...conquering cookies from scratch!!

17 Months!
Communication: George added the words truck, down, duck, and quack quack to his vocabulary. Whenever he sees a clock in a book now, he imitates the sound of the clock at Grandma and Grandpa Hadjioannou's house..."dong, dong, dong." George also says "Vroomvroom" when he plays with or sees a car.
On the Go: George can walk down the stairs like a big boy holding Mommy's hand or the spindles. He is very cautious which makes Mommy happy! George is still a climber. He tries to climb an anything and everything!
Number of Chompers: 12 - with a lot of fussing and cranky days all four first molars are in! Woohoo Georgie!
Communication: Clara added the words truck, duck, quack quack, whoa, and wow to her vocabulary. When she hears a plane whether she is inside or out she stops, waves her hand slowly across the sky, and says, "Voooom." She also says, "Vroom vroom" when she sees or hears a car drive by.
On the Go: Clara is getting better at walking up and down stairs like a big girl. She is also getting better at running. She is a bit clumsy but I am sure there is a graceful ballerina in there somewhere. :)
Number of Chompers: 8 - with one first year molar which I think she handled better then George!
Mommy's Favorite Moments of the Month:
-Daddy was excited that George said truck. Daddy turned to George and said, "Give me 5!" With a huge smile on his face George gave himself five. Silly guy!
-Clara often wakes up from her nap before her brother. I swear it is so she can have one on one Mommy time. After nap recently I told her we had to be quiet because George was sleeping. We tiptoed past his room. Spoke in low voices. Played with quiet toys. Until an hour had passed and apparently she was done with Mommy time. She ran right up to his door, slammed both hands on it, and screeched. George woke up immediately but was not impressed with his nap interference.
-Clara's hair frequently falls into her eyes. When she and George are playing together, he will reach over and brush it out of her face. So so cute! Clara is already getting him ready for his future wife!

KAMOM Easter Party
Today we went to the Kingwood Area Mothers of Multiples (KAMOM) Easter Family Party. It was so awesome to be around so many families with multiples. Most of the kiddos were twins but a very brave family ventured out with their quintuplets! Yep five 8 month old babies. Such an amazing miracle to see! While at the Easter party the kiddos played on the play ground, ate lots of pizza, participated in an Easter egg hunt, and met the Easter bunny! We had a blast!
Now where are those Easter Eggs?
Found one!
Georgie found some too!
Who cares about the eggs! I want to play!!
Enjoying the little kiddie playground.
Here comes the Easter Bunny!!
Clara waiting to meet the bunny.
George was unsure of the Easter Bunny. What a shocker!
Happy Easter from the Hadjioannou Family!!!
