Happy Three Months to our smiley little guy!!
Jack is very vocal now. He makes lots of different sounds and coos all the time. He makes raspberries too which George and Clara think is hilarious. Jack wants to sit up and stand up most of the time. He seems done viewing the world from flat on his back. He puts full weight on his legs and can sit up alone for a few seconds at a time.
He is still waking up at night but seems to be stretching his sleep time out on a more regular basis. Most nights he is only up twice which is an improvement. Mommy is bleary eyed but this is just one of the not so fun things about parenthood. What I know for sure is that Jack is adorable when he sleeps. Here is some proof.
Jack has had some more firsts this month. We enjoyed our first family adventure to Space Center Houston. He enjoyed his first time hanging by the pool. He watched Clara's swim lesson with Daddy and George. Jack sits with us in his high chair for meal times now. He also had his first nap in his very own crib.
Jack can grab toys now and is figuring out the use of his hands. He is more interested in toys and gets a very determined look on his face when he is reaching for something he wants. It is pretty cute.
Jack really enjoys bath time and is starting to splash in the water a bit.
And of course he adores his brother and sister. They get some of the best smiles from Jack. I look forward to the day that they can all play together.
I'm tired but I'm soaking all of these moments in. It is amazing how just looking at this kid makes my heart soar. He completed our family and we are all so in love with Mr. Jack.
We've loved every moment of your first three months Jack. Can't wait to see what is in store next!
