Hadjioannou Happenings

It's been a crazy couple of months!  Life has been hectic, well, since before Christmas, but honestly I don't mind.  I like being busy.  It is also important to keep 2 two year olds busy...for the sanity of their mother.  Here are some happy Hadjioannou happenings.

Bath time is an event at our house.  It is usually a splash-a-thon, followed by a naked dance session, followed by play time in our towels, and then John and I can usually wrangle them into their jammies after that.  These are some of things I will never forget about these two year old days.

Clara wants to be more and more like Mommy every day.  Recently she went into my closet and brought out a little purse.  She insisted on carrying it all day long.  She stuffed it with little toys and books then carried it into the grocery store.  Quite cute!

In February George and Clara's school celebrated Mardi Gras with a parade.  They are in the youngest class so they were pushed around in their class buggies.  All the other kiddos marched.  They were pretty confused at first to see Mommy and Daddy but eventually got into it and threw us some beads!

As usual we spend as much time as we can playing outside.  George and Clara love it.  We definitely have two outdoor loving kiddos.

George and Clara had their first sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa Hadjioannou's house.  They had such a great time and didn't want to leave the next day.  I know there will be more fun nights like that one in the future.

We recently purchased a fire pit for an adult party we had.  The day after the party we let the kids roast marshmallows.  They had a great time and loved munching on the sweet treats.

In honor of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, George and Clara's MDO had western day.  The twins went to school all decked out in their cowboy and cowgirl gear.  Yee-haw!

Life is full of fun with these two kiddos to enjoy it with!  I am one lucky Mommy!
